Nothing on this website or within any product file constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. 1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TTF Holdings (doing business as The Refinery) concerning your access to and use of the website https://therefinery.uk and the purchase of any digital products offered through it.
By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any product.
These Terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and any other users.
2. About The Refinery
The Refinery is operated by TTF Holdings, a sole trader registered with HMRC in England. The Refinery provides educational research tools for self-directed investors in gold, silver, and copper markets. The product consists of downloadable Excel workbooks designed to support personal research and portfolio management processes.
These products are sold for personal use only. They are not licensed for internal business use, redistribution, or resale.
3. Products and Services
3.1 Digital Downloads
The Refinery sells digital products in the form of downloadable software files (Microsoft Excel workbooks). Upon completing a purchase, you will receive access to the product files via the email address provided at checkout.
3.2 Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product files for your own individual research and portfolio management purposes. You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the downloaded product files with third parties
- Use the files for any commercial or business purpose without prior written consent
- Use the website to advertise or offer goods and services
- Sell or transfer your access or purchased files to another person
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the product files for commercial distribution
4. Payments
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable purchase price to your payment method. All transactions are subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy, available at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
We do not store your card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe.
5. No Refunds Policy
If you experience a technical issue with any of the workbooks, contact us at hello@therefinery.uk and we will resolve it promptly.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By proceeding with a purchase of a digital product delivered immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of that digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost upon delivery.
6. No Financial Advice
The Refinery is an educational research framework for self-directed investors. Nothing on this website, within any marketing material, or within any product file constitutes:
- Financial advice or investment advice
- A recommendation to buy, hold, or sell any security, commodity, or financial instrument
- A prediction or forecast of future market performance
- A regulated financial service of any kind
All investment decisions are made solely by you and remain entirely your responsibility. The value of investments can go down as well as up. Past performance of any research process does not guarantee future investment results. Capital is at risk.

The Refinery, its content, product files, branding, and associated materials are the intellectual property of TTF Holdings. All rights are reserved.
Your purchase grants a personal licence to use the product files as described in Section 3. It does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of The Refinery's products or content without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with the website or products:

13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website or products, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date one party notifies the other of the dispute in writing to hello@therefinery.uk.
If the dispute is not resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in London, England, conducted in the English language.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes not resolved by arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
